NEW - MoTeC Ignition Expander

New unit, but it has been in inventory a long time and looking to clear it out. Picture is of actual unit for sale. Due to age, no manufacturer warranty remains, so it is clearance priced.

The Ignition Expander module (IEX) is designed to increase the ignition output capacity of gold box MoTeC ECUs (not suitable for M1 ECUs).

The IEX connects to a single ignition output on the ECU and can drive up to 8 ignition modules. For 10 and 12 coil applications, two IEX units can be used.

The IEX is not an igniter - an igniter circuit is required for each coil unless they are smart coils with integrated igniter circuits.
